2. General Information
This is a static website with no registration, login, or contact forms. No personal data is actively collected or stored by us.
When you visit this website, technically necessary data is automatically recorded by the hosting provider in server log files. This includes: IP address, date and time of access, requested URL, referrer URL, browser and operating system used. This data is used solely for the technical provision, stability and security of the website and is not merged with other data sources. Log files are automatically deleted by the hosting provider after a few weeks at the latest.
The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the uninterrupted operation of the website).
This website does not use cookies. We store a single technical flag ("ll_seen") in your browser's sessionStorage to avoid replaying the intro animation within a browsing session. It contains no personal data and is deleted automatically when you close the tab (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG).
3. Hosting
This website is hosted by:
IONOS SE
Elgendorfer Str. 57
56410 Montabaur
Germany
IONOS processes server log data on our behalf pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. For further information, please refer to the IONOS Privacy Policy.
4. Fonts
The typefaces used on this website ("Inter" and "Anton") are self-hosted on lenslift.net. No connection to any third-party font service is established when they are loaded, and no data — including your IP address — is transmitted to external font providers.
5. Google Maps
Our contact page embeds a map from Google Maps, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The map is only loaded after you actively click the "Load Map" button (two-click solution). Before this click, no connection to Google is established and no data is transmitted.
Once you load the map, data — including your IP address — is transmitted to Google. For further information, please refer to Google's Privacy Policy.
The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent, given by clicking the "Load Map" button).
6. Customer Reviews
We display reviews from our public Google Business Profile on this website (reviewer name, star rating, date and review text). The reviews are retrieved once, server-side, each time the website is built — via the API of Featurable (featurable.com) — and embedded as static text. No connection to Google or Featurable is established when you visit this website.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in presenting authentic customer feedback). Reviewers can manage or delete their reviews at any time via their Google account; on request we will remove a review from the website (info@lenslift.de).
7. Contact by Email
If you contact us by email, the data you provide (email address, your name, and the content of your message) will be stored for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. This data will not be passed on without your consent.
The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries) or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR if the contact relates to the conclusion of a contract.
The correspondence is deleted once the enquiry has been conclusively resolved, unless statutory retention periods require longer storage.
